Joel spoke earlier this year at some of AHDB Monitor Farm events in the South East and his practical and engaging style made for some very interesting discussion.

Intercropping Workshop

Thursday 5th October 2017

Intercropping has a wealth of potential benefits to crops and soil health ranging from supressing pests and diseases to increasing soil fertility.  On Thursday October 5th 2017 LEAF will be holding an intercropping workshop to gather farmer feedback on their intercropping experiences as well introducing a new European funded project, DIVERSify and the funded opportunities for farmers to get involved.  The workshop is followed by lunch and tour of Overbury Enterprises (1.30pm to 3pm).
